i feel kind of bad sitting in pajamas on the couch, eating peanut butter ritz cracker bites, watching jon & kate plus 8 (R.I.P) and knowing i'm getting paid $22/hr to do all of the above. thank you america for having a birthday because this bitch is getting paid double time!

i wish i had bought two pairs of these jeans back in december. they fit great and over 6 months they have still stayed a very dark wash. i have worn them too much and thus they are starting to perish in the crotch/inner thigh region. i still wear them every once in awhile and try to tell myself "nobody can see your crotch!" but it's kind of an odd feeling down there.
what's your favorite piece of clothing? show me a picture!
my iphone is currently sitting in texas, waiting to arrive in MN by monday. woopee!

my throat is on fire, and i sound like a man when i talk, but the snot running out of my nose has stopped for the most part and that (to me) is the far most annoying part of a sinus infection. all i can hope is i'm all better by next monday when we leave for milwaukee.

finally, it's here (june 19th)!
weeeeeee
i've never done this before, but i think i'll be one of those nerds at the at&t/apple store buying it the day it comes out. i'd say "i'll be in line at 8am!" but everybody knows i sleep-in like crazy.
i have needed a new phone since september of last year, and realistically, even before that, because my red razr was a piece of crap that had about 6 hours of battery life. can you believe i've never had a phone that had internet, or was able to connect to a computer even? i've never downloaded my own ringtones, or sent pictures, or anything because all of my phones have never had that capability and/or i didn't want to pay the crazy fees.
in short: i'm g33ked!

i really like this photo. i want to make a large print of it.
i just wish i could say that about more of my photos.
uggggh i hate getting used to the mac, and using aperture instead of being smart and buying CS4 (or stealing a copy) or running parallel and finding an old version of paint shop pro (god i love that program so much). i am so limited in my editing it drives me NUTS! it totally limits my drive and inspiration to want to go out and shoot photos. not that editing makes a photo a photo, but no person can deny that sometimes things just need a tweak to look like what they REALLY looked like in front of your eyes when you shot that photo.
god damn, i'm whining.
